Abstract:
Da bi postali konkurenčni in zadovoljili svoje kupce oziroma uporabnike storitev, je popestritev ponudbe ena temeljnih nalog uspešne prodaje. Trenutni sistem prodaje vozovnic na Slovenskih železnicah je mogoče dopolniti z uvedbo elektronske prodaje vozovnic. Nova ponudba bi bila locirana na obstoječi spletni strani Slovenskih železnic. Prednosti, katerih bi bili deležni potniki in Slovenske železnice, so predstavljene v nadaljevanju diplomskega dela.

PROPOSAL TO INTRODUCE E-TICKETS ON SLOVENE RAILWAYS
Abstract:
The diversification and enrichment of one,s offer is one of the basic tasks to achieve greater competition, successful sale and satisfaction of the end consumers. The current system of the tickets sale on Slovene railways may be supplemented by the introduction of electronic ticket sales. The new offer would be located on the existing Slovene railways website. The benefits for passengers and Slovene railways are presented in the diploma thesis below.
