Abstract:
V nalogi je obravnavana problematika priprave proizvodnje novega izdelka v proizvodnem podjetju. Diplomska naloga zajema kratek opis podjetja kjer sem opravljal tudi strokovno prakso in imel nalogo vodenja proizvodnje. Opis izdelka je podkrepljen s podrobnimi slikami načina montaže. Predstavljeni so primerni postopki za načrtovanje poteka proizvodnje, načrtovanja proizvodnega sistema in vodenja proizvodnje. Vsi opisani postopki so izdelani na osnovi kosovnih listov izdelka in vnaprej določenih izdelovalnih časov.

Title:
THE PRODUCTION PREPARATION FOR ASSEMBLING HOUSING UNITS
Abstract:
The task is dealt with the problem of preparing the production of a new product in a production company. The diploma consists of a brief description of the company where I also performed internship and had the task of a production management. Product description is corroborated with detailed drawings of components and method of assembly. Presented are appropriate procedures for the production layout, production planning system and production management. All prepared processes are designed on the basis of the product data sheets and pre-set time of manufacturing.
