Abstract:
V diplomskem delu bomo prikazali prenovo enodružinske stanovanjske stavbe na osnovi uporabe Pravilnika o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah. Najprej bomo obravnavali zakonodajne ter dokumente s področja toplotne zaščite in učinkovite rabe energije v stavbah v Republiki Sloveniji. V nadaljevanju bomo detajlneje predstavili Pravilnik o toplotni zaščiti in učinkoviti rabi energiji v stavbah in Pravilnik o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah, ki temeljita na dokumentih Evropske skupnosti o rabi energije v stavbah. Kot študijo primera bomo s pomočjo kazalcev Pravilnika o učinkoviti rabi energije v stavbah po metodologiji energetske in arhitekturne prenove prenovili obstoječo enodružinsko stanovanjsko stavbo v vasi Gornja Bistrica v občini Črenšovci.
