Abstract:	V sodobnem tržnem gospodarstvu lahko v zadnjih letih opazimo porast števila malih in srednje velikih podjetij, ki so s hitro rastjo dosegla ključno vlogo v številnih panogah in s tem prisilila tudi velika podjetja k dinamiki. Velik del malih in srednje velikih podjetij predstavljajo družinska podjetja, ki postajajo pomemben dejavnik razvoja slovenskega gospodarstva. Vendar pa skromen delež malih podjetij zraste v srednje velika podjetja, saj jih veliko (okoli 40%) ne preživi prva tri do štiri leta po ustanovitvi. Zato je pomembno, da se razvoju podjetja posveti veliko pozornosti, in da se izvede dosledno, saj je od tega odvisno preživetje podjetja na trgu. V ta namen sem v diplomskem delu predstavila razvoj turistične kmetije na ravni politike podjetja in na ravni strateškega managementa. Iz napisanega lahko povzamem, da je planiranje razvoja podjetja kompleksen proces in bistvena sestavina pri poslovanju podjetja. Zato sem potek razvoja turistične kmetije predstavila na primeru šest let delujoče Turistične kmetije Korošec — Apartmaji in wellness center, Urška Reberčnik, s.p.

Title:	PLANNING OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE TURIST FARM KOROŠEC
Abstract:	In a modern market economy, is in recent years observed increase in the number of small and medium-sized enterprises, which have achieved rapid growth with a key role in many industries, thereby forcing large companies to the dynamics. A large part of small and medium-sized enterprises represent family businesses, which are becoming an important factor in the development of the Slovenian economy. However, a modest share of small businesses grow into medium-sized enterprises, as many (about 40%) do not survive the first three to four years after its establishment. It is therefore important that the development of the company to devote much attention, and to perform consistently, because of the firm's survival depends on the market. To this end, the diploma work I present the development of our farm policy at company level and strategic management. From the written we can summary that the planning of development of company is a complex process and an essential component of the firm. So I conduct development farmhouses presented in the case of five-year operating Tourist farm Korošec - Apartments and wellness center, Urška Reberčnik, sp.
