Title:Elektronsko poslovanje in davčna uprava : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa Gospodarska in tehniška logistika

Abstract:Elektronsko poslovanje je uporaba vseh vrst informacijske tehnologije znotraj podjetja in pri povezavah podjetja s partnerji za zagotavljanje učinkovitega in uspešnega poslovanja ter pomembna sestavina nastajajoče informacijske družbe. Je način komunikacije in ponavljajoči se koncept, ki opisuje proces nabave in prodaje izdelkov, storitev in informacij s pomočjo računalniških omrežij, vključno z medmrežjem, njegove prednosti pa so nižji stroški, večja ponudba, trgi, hitrost in manj posrednikov. Davčna uprava Republike Slovenije je ob koncu leta 2003 preko medmrežnega portala eDavki vzpostavila sodobno in varno elektronsko davčno poslovanje, s katerim je davčnim zavezancem omogočila modernejši, prijaznejši in kakovostnejši način izpolnjevanja njihovih davčnih obveznosti ter medsebojno izmenjavo določenih drugih podatkov. Sistem eDavki, ki je nastal v okviru projekta EDP, nudi uporabnikom poleg elektronskega oddajanja davčnih obrazcev tudi številne druge prednosti. Uporaba portala eDavki je brezplačna, pri čemer mora uporabnik razpolagati le z osnovno strojno in programsko računalniško opremo ter ustreznim kvalificiranim digitalnim potrdilom. Vsem svojim davčnim zavezancem omogoča, da svoje obveznosti opravijo preko medmrežja na domu, kjer je možen dostop 24 ur na dan in vse dni v letu.

Title:Electronic commerce and tax administration
Abstract:E-commerce is a synonym for all types of informational technologies used by a company and its partners in order to enable efficient and successful operations and as such forms a significant part of a developing society. It is a form of communication and a reocurring concept, which encompasses a process of acquisition and sale of products, service and information with a help of computer networks, including the internet. Its main advantages include lower costs, better offer, market, speed and fewer mediators. At the end of the year 2003 the Tax Administration of the Republic of Slovenia established via the internet portal eDavki (e-Taxes) a modern and safe electronic tax filing. This way tax payers have been provided with a more modern, user-friendly and quality way of filing tax obligations and also with an exchange of certain other information. The e-Davki system, which was created as a part of EDP project, offers its users among electronic submission of taxs forms also numerous other advantages.The use of this portal is free of charge and the user only needs to have an access to basic hard- and software and a corresponding authorized digital certificate. This portal is making possible for all his taxpayers, that their tax obligations conclude by Internet on home, where access is possible 24 hours on day and all days in year.
