Abstract:
Namen diplomskega dela je razvoj in izdelava nadzornega sistema na Ravnalnorazrezni liniji v podjetju Cinkarna Celje. Naloga linije je, da valovito pločevino zravna in zvije v svitek ali razreže v plošče. Pri tem postopku je potrebno arhivirati debelino plocevine za nadzor kakovosti in za možnost priložitve k dokumentaciji kupcu. Za kreiranje nadzornega sistema je bil uporabljen programski paket Simatic WinCC. Potrebno ga je bilo povezati s krmilnikom Simatic S7-400 in iz njega prebrati potrebne parametre linije. S pomočjo teh parametrov je bilo mogoče ustvariti nadzorni sistem, s katerim lahko razberemo stanje linije in parametre pločevine.

Title:
CONTROL SYSTEM OF A STRAITENING-CUTTING LINE
Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is the development and construction of a control system for a Straitening-cutting line in the company Cinkarna Celje. The task of this line is straightening corrugated tinplate and twisting it into a roll or cutting it into slabs. In this procedure it is important to archive the thickness of the tinplate for the purpose of quality control and attaching it to the buyer’s documentation. Software package Simatic WINCC was used for creating this control system. It was necessary to connect it to the Simatic S7-400 controller and read from it the necessary line parameter. The use of these parameters created a possibility to create a control system from which it was possible to read the state of the line and the tinplate parameters.
