Abstract:	V diplomski nalogi sem predstavila skladiščno poslovanje v Krki tovarni zdravil. Opisala sem skladiščenje in skladiščno poslovanje ter predstavila njune naloge ter pomen za poslovanje podjetja. V teoretičnem delu sem se opredelila na skladiščenje, skladiščno poslovanje, naloge in cilje, funkcije skladiščenja tehnologija in oprema, razvoj. V praktičnem delu sem predstavila podjetje Krka d.d., zgodovina, vizija, poslanstvo. Predstavila sem skladiščenje, skladiščno poslovanje in skladiščne dejavnosti, organizacijo skladiščnega poslovanja. V okviru skladiščnega procesa je potrebno opraviti številne naloge, katerih namen je zagotoviti oskrbo vseh porabnikov s potrebnim materialom in med skladiščenjem ohraniti material količinsko in kakovostno neoporečen. Tudi kakovostno izvajanje skladiščnega procesa prispeva pomemben delež k nižjim stroškom poslovanja podjetja, omogoča nemoten potek proizvodnega procesa in fleksibilno poslovanje.

Title:	WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT AT KRKA D.D. NOVO MESTO
Abstract:	In my thesis there is the presentation of the warehouse business operations in Krka, d.d., pharmaceutical company. Therefore I described warehousing and warehouse business operations their tasks and significance for business operations of Krka, d.d., company. In the theoretical part I concentrated on warehousing, warehouse business operations, tasks and goals, the functions of warehousing, technology and equipment, development. In the practical part I presented the Krka, d.d., pharmaceutical company, its history, vision and future mission. There is presentation of warehousing and warehouse business operations and managing of warehouse business operations. It is important to deal with many tasks within warehousing process which purpose is to ensure the supply to all consumers with necessary materials. During warehousing it is vital to keep material sound and fair in merchantable quality and quantity. The quality of implementation of warehousing also contributes to an important share of smaller business expenses of a company, it provides smooth and flexible operation of trade transactions smooth operation of production process.
