Title:ANALIZA UKREPOV ZMANJŠEVANJA BOLEČINE OB PREOBREMENJENOSTI HRBTENICE PRI ZDRAVSTVENIH DELAVCIH V DOMOVIH ZA STAREJŠE OBČANE

Abstract:Nega ostarelih in bolnih je težko delo. Zato je prav, da poleg na njih, pomislimo tudi na izvajalce zdravstvene nege. Njihovo delo zahteva celega človeka štiriindvajset ur na dan in ravno preobremenjenost je vzrok vse pogostejših bolniških odsotnosti. Najpogostejši vzroki bolniških odsotnosti zdravstvenih delavcev so ponavadi obolenja mišično-kostnega sistema. Za lažjo predstavo, s kakšnimi problemi se srečujemo v domovih za starejše občane, smo v diplomski nalogi opisali potek dela na oddelkih in podali vzroke, zakaj pri zdravstvenih delavcih pravzaprav pride do preobremenjenosti hrbtenice. Ugotavljali smo, ali je promocija zdravja na delovnem mestu pomemben dejavnik pri nastanku in omejevanju obolenj hrbtenice. Primerjali smo navodila in predpise, ki urejajo področje varnosti in zdravja pri delu s prakso. Analizirali smo vpliv demografskih dejavnikov na pojav bolečine v hrbtenici in izvajanje ergonomije v zdravstvu. Prav tako smo ugotavljali, ali redno izvajanje ergonomskih metod in tehnik vpliva na nastanek bolečine v hrbtenici ter kateri motivacijski ukrepi bi bili potrebni, da bi zaposleni izvajali delo na varen način. Podatke smo pridobili z raziskavo, ki smo jo opravili pri zdravstvenih delavcih v domovih za starejše občane. Podali pa smo tudi možne rešitve, ki so usmerjene v izboljšavo stanja problematike obolenj hrbtenice pri zdravstvenih delavcih zaradi preobremenjenosti v domovih.

Title:MEASURE ANALYSIS OF REDUCING THE PAIN RESULTING FROM SPINE OVERLOAD AT HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL WORKING IN HOMES FOR ELDERLY
Abstract:Care for elderly and sick is hard work. Therefore, we should not only think about them, we must also think about the health care workers. Their work requires their undivided attention - they are often preoccupied and that fact makes overload the main cause of increasing absences from work. The most common causes of sick leaves of health care professionals are usually musculoskeletal disorders of the system. For better understanding of problems, which occur in homes for the elderly, we described the course of work in the departments and gave reasons why health workers experience spine overload. We were determining whether the promotion of health in the workplace is an important factor in the formation and the reduction of spinal disorders. We compared the instructions and regulations, which govern the area of safety and health in workplace. We analysed the influence of demographic factors on the occurrence of spine pain and the implementation of ergonomics in health care. We were also determining whether a regular application of ergonomics methods and techniques influence the development of pain in the spine and which motivational measures would be necessary so health care workers would carry out the work in a secure manner. We acquired the information through a survey, which we performed on health care workers in homes for the elderly. We have also enumerated possible solutions, which are targeted at improving the state of spine disease of health workers due to work overload in homes for the elderly.
