Abstract:
POVZETEK Po krivici ali ne lahko ostanemo brez službe in postanemo brezposelni. Brezposelni pa postanemo tudi po končanem šolanju, seveda če se takoj ne zaposlimo. Pravila so za vse enaka. Pomemben pa je še en velik vpliv, zaradi katerega je šlo veliko podjetij v stečaj in povzročilo veliko brezposelnost. To je največja kriza v samostojni Sloveniji in za večino Slovencev največja kriza v času njihovega življenja. V diplomski nalogi se bom najprej dotaknila pojma kadrovske funkcije in brezposelnosti, kasneje pa opisala še finančno krizo, njen nastanek in vpliv na svetovno gospodarstvo in Slovenijo. V drugem delu bom predstavila občino Škofja Loka in brezposelnost v tej občini, ki se je z lanskim letom povečala.

CADRE FUNCTION AND THE IMPACT OF RECESSION ON THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IN ZHE ŠKOFJA LOKA MUNICIPALITY
Abstract:
ABSTRACT Rightly or wrongly, we can lose our jobs and become unemployed. However, we become unemployed also after we finish schooling, unless we get employed immediately. Rules are the same for everybody. Another great influence is important due to which many companies went bankrupt and caused great unemployment. This is the biggest crisis in the independent Slovenia, and for the majority of Slovenians, the greatest crisis in the time of their lives. The diploma thesis will first deal with personnel function and unemployment, and later on I will also describe the financial crisis, its origin and influence on the world economy and on Slovenia. In the second part I will present the Municipality of Škofja Loka and unemployment in this municipality, which increased last year.
