| Abstract: | Države poskušajo z različnimi ukrepi zmanjšati negativne posledice, ki jih povzroča motorni promet. Zraven infrastrukturnih in regulativnih ukrepov se vse pogosteje uporabljajo različne oblike spodbujanja uporabe okolju prijaznejših oblik mobilnosti. Primaren cilj spodbujanja je zmanjšati število potovanj z osebnim vozilom in jih nadomestiti z bolj trajnostnimi oblikami, kot so pešačenje, kolesarjenje in uporaba javnega potniškega prometa. |
