Abstract:
V diplomski nalogi bom opredelil predvsem značilnosti in cilje timov, kakšen je dober vodja tima, definiral različne načine vodenja, ugotovil tudi kakšno je neuspešno vodenje tima, opredelil ravnanje tima po točkah managementa, vse ugotovitve pa predstavil tudi na konkretnem primeru podjetja.

SUCCESSFULLY MANAGING A TEAM
Abstract:
In my diploma I want to identify particular characteristics and objectives of team, what a good leader of the team is, define the different ways of management, to determine what is failure of the management team, define the behaviour of the team in points of management (planning, organizing, managing and controlling), and present the findings on the specific case of a company.
