Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo se ukvarjali s planiranjem razvoja podjetja VISPORT d.o.o., s poudarkom na ravni politike podjetja in strateškega managementa. V okviru tega smo zapisali vizijo, napravili proučitev vrednot podjetja in okolja ter zapisali bodočo politiko podjetja. Nadaljevali smo s planiranjem razvoja na ravni strateškega managementa. Opredelili smo strateške razvojne situacije podjetja, njegove strategije in opisali potrebne bodoče strukture podjetja. Svoje delo smo končali s programom razvoja za uresničitev planiranih strategij proučevanega podjetja. Razvoja na ravni operativnega managementa nismo planirali.

PLANNING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY VISPORT LTD.
Abstract:
This thesis discusses the development planning of a company VISPORT Ltd. It emphasizes on the company policy and strategic management. It comprises the vision, the research of company values and environment, and the future company policy. In also includes the development planning on a level of strategic management. The thesis defines strategic development situations of the company and its strategies, and describes the necessary company structures in the future. Thesis is concluded with a development programme to realize the planned strategies of the studied company. The development on a level of operational management was not discussed in the thesis.
