Abstract:	V podjetjih, ki se ukvarjajo s prodajo in distribucijo blaga, je gospodarjenje z zalogami osnova za njihovo delovanje v panogi, saj imajo trgovinska podjetja v zalogah investirano večino svojega kapitala, vzdrževanje tega pa lahko predstavlja tudi občuten strošek za podjetje. Upravljanje z zalogami je neizbežen proces v vsaki organizaciji, ki omogoča nemoteno oskrbo tako proizvodnih linij kot končnih kupcev, ob planiranem času in mestu. Ker sem tudi sam zaposlen v podjetju, ki se ukvarja z distribucijo in prodajo avtomobilskih delov in menim, da je uspešno delovanje te organizacije v prihodnosti močno odvisno od učinkovitega in uspešnega gospodarjenja z zalogami, smo v diplomski nalogi opisali problematiko prevelike zaloge oz. neoptimalne zaloge, s katero se danes sooča tudi podjetje Anet d.o.o. Rešitev za uresničitev optimizacije zaloge in doseganje te vidimo v optimalnih naročilnih količinah, ob uporabi primernega sistema za kontrolo zaloge. Pred izbiro tega je priporočljivo segmentirati blago v razrede, glede na stroške in prodajo, ki jo blago predstavlja za podjetje. Na takšen način omogočimo lažji pregled nad zalogo blaga in se lahko osredotočimo na tiste zaloge blaga, ki pomenijo za podjetje najvišje stroške. Pomembnost segmentiranja blaga smo v diplomskem delu prikazali z ABC analizo, katero smo izvedli na 30 poljubno izbranih artiklih. Na osnovi ABC analize smo razvrstili obravnavane artikle v razrede A, B in C, glede na njihov pomembnost z vidika stroškov in prodaje. Rezultati ABC analize kažejo, da je največji delež stroškov in vrednost zaloge vezana v artiklih razreda A, zato je optimizacija zaloge teh artiklov za podjetje najbolj pomembna. Kot orodje za prikaz ekonomskih učinkov in optimizacije zaloge na artiklih A razreda smo uporabili model ONK, ki pri določanju naročilnih količin upošteva stroške skladiščenja, stroške naročanja blaga in z uporabo tega lahko v velik meri vplivamo na znižanje nepotrebne zaloge. Na koncu diplomskega dela smo primerjali rezultate predlagane izboljšave z obstoječim stanjem in prikazali vpliv optimizacije na koeficient obračanja zaloge, znižanje skupnih stroškov zaloge in znižanje celotne zaloge, s katero posluje podjetje Anet d.o.o.

Title:	INVENTORY OPTIMIZATION IN THE COMPANY ANET D.O.O.
Abstract:	For companies that are selling and distributing merchandise, stock management represents essential grounds for normal functioning in the branch. This importance of stock management shows us the fact, that commercial enterprises have most of their capital invested in merchandise stocks and stock maintenance which can be very expensive. Stock management is unavoidable process in all companies, which enables undisturbed supply of production lines and final consumers, within planed time and place of consumption. I’m employed in company that is distributing and selling spare parts for passenger vehicles and my opinion is that the successful functioning of this company depends from efficient stock management, that is why diploma work is discussing and describing problems of too big or not optimal stocks, and my company Anet d.o.o. is dealing with this problem today. Our opinion is that solution for realization of stock optimization is in ordering optimal quantities, while using appropriate stock control system. Before making a decision which stock control system to use, it is recommendable that we segment our merchandise in different grades, regarding to how important each item is for the company, referring to the costs and sales that each item is representing. With stock segmentation we can enable easier control of stock and can focus on merchandise stock that is representing the biggest costs for the company. In diploma work importance of stock segmentation is shown with ABC analyses, which was made on 30 randomly chosen items. With ABC analyses items were divided in grades A, B and C, regarding their importance from the view of costs and sales that these items are representing. ABC analyses results are showing that the biggest share of stock costs and stock value have items that were categorized within grade A, that is why stock optimization of this items is most important for the company. EOQ model which defines ordering quantities based on stocking and ordering costs was used as tool for presentation of economical effects, improvements and stock optimization on items of grade A. In the end of diploma work we compared results of recommended improvements with existing situation and have shown what influence will stock optimization have on stock turnover ratio, on stock costs reduction and reduction of total stock level with which Anet company is operating today.
