Abstract:V današnjem času na nabavno poslovanje močno vplivajo spremembe iz okolja, zato se mora nabavna služba nenehno prilagajati novim spremembam in uvajati nove nabavne postopke. Najpomembnejša funkcija nabavnega procesa je vsekakor nabava, katere naloga je, zagotoviti potreben material, storitev ali informacije v ustrezni kakovosti in količini po najugodnejši ceni, v pravem času in od ustreznega vira. Cilj diplomskega dela je teoretična in praktična analiza nabavnega procesa v podjetju. S pomočjo razpoložljive domače in tuje strokovne literature so v teoretičnem delu naloge opredeljena nabavna funkcija, njen pomen in vloga ter opisan proces nabave po fazah, ki si sledijo po ustaljenem zaporedju, faze so med seboj povezane in odvisne. Predstavljeno je tudi skladiščno poslovanje, pomen zalog in najpomembnejše funkcije skladiščenja. Na podlagi teoretičnih spoznanj sta v praktičnem delu predstavljena, opisana in analizirana nabavni proces in skladiščno-materialno poslovanje v okviru nabavne službe v podjetju Tigra & Co. d. o. o., pri tem smo si pomagali tudi z razpoložljivimi internimi viri podjetja. V proučevanem podjetju so ključni člen nabavnega poslovanja dobavitelji, prav zato je zelo pomembno, da so le-ti skrbno izbrani. Za uspešno poslovanje podjetja je potrebno tudi tesno sodelovanje nabave z ostalimi poslovnimi funkcijami.

Title:ANALYSIS OF PURCHASING PROCESS IN COMPANY TIGRA & CO. D.O.O.
Abstract:Nowadays, the costs of purchase operations are significantly affected by the changes in the business environment, so the purchasing body constantly adapt to new changes and introduce new purchasing procedures. The most important function of the purchasing process is certainly purchase, which is tasked to provide the necessary material, services or information in the appropriate quality and quantity at the best price, at the right time and from the appropriate source. The aim of the thesis is a theoretical and practical analysis of the purchasing process in the company. With the help of the available domestic and foreign literature, the theoretical part of the task defines cost function, its importance and role, and describes the process of the acquisition in stages, which follow in their usual order, and as such interconnected and dependent. Moreover, the store management, the importance of stock and the most important functions of stock are also presented. On the theoretical basis, the process of purchasing and material storage and operating under the central purchasing body in the Tigra & Co. Ltd. is described, presented in practice and analyzed, with all the available internal resources of the company. In the examined company, the suppliers are a crucial link to the company supply chain management; therefore, it is very important that they are carefully selected. For the business success, purchase department has to establish a close cooperation with other business functions.
