Abstract:Za potrebe planiranja in odločanja pri pridelavi in predelavi energetskih rastlin v bioplin je bil razvit integriran računalniško podprt deterministični simulacijski model BIOPLIN. Koruzi sledi sirek z večkriterijsko oceno EC = 0,201 in DEX-i oceno = manj ustrezna. Sledijo sončnica z večkriterijsko oceno EC = 0,151 in DEX - i oceno = manj ustrezna, sladkorna pesa EC = 0,150 in DEX-i oceno = manj ustrezna, ščir EC = 0,127 in DEX-i oceno = neprimerna in kot zadnja topinambur EC = 0,123 in DEX-i oceno = neprimerna. Rezultati raziskave analiziranih energetskih rastlin kažejo enak vrstni red rangiranja z uporabo odločitvenih orodij DEX-i in AHP. Rezultati simulacije predstavljajo dovolj kakovostno podatkovno osnovo za nadaljnji razvoj večkriterijskih odločitvenih modelov.

Title:MULTI-CRITERIA MODEL FOR EVALUATION OF ENERGY CROPS FOR BIOGAS PRODUCTION
Abstract:For the purpose of planning and decision making in production and processing of energy crops into biogas the integrated computer based deterministic simulation model BIOGAS was developed. The simulation model BIOGAS consists of three main models: model calculations of energy crop production, simulation model of processing the energy crops into biogas and simulation model of production of electricity and heat from biogas. The developed system allows the assessment of the economic viability of processing the energy crops into biogas. The simulation results present the input parameter for multi-criteria decision analysis. Two methods were used: the method DEX-i and analytical hierarchy process (AHP). With multi-criteria decision models, depending on input data and criteria, the energy crops were assessed. The analysis showed that by using current model the most relevant alternative used for energy crop for biogas production is maize. The maize results in the best multi-criteria evaluation EC = 0,248 and DEX-i evaluation = appropriate. The best alternative for maize is sorghum with multi-criteria evaluation of EC = 0,201 and DEX-i evaluation = less appropriate, followed by sunflower with multi-criteria estimate EC = 0.151 and DEX-i estimate = less appropriate sugar beet EC = 0.150 and DEX-i estimate = less appropriate, amaranth EC = 0.127 and DEX-i estimate = inappropriate and, lastly, Jerusalem artichoke EC = 0.123 and DEX-i estimate = inappropriate. The results of the analyzed energy crops showed the same ranking order using decision-making tools DEX-i and AHP. The simulation results provide a high-quality information source for further multi-criteria decision models development.
