Abstract:
Kakovost poslovnega procesa je danes zelo pomemben element za vsako podjetje, ki želi dolgo časa ostati med uspešnimi v svojem segmentu. S kakovostnim poslovanjem podjetja izpolnjujejo zahteve in potrebe kupcev, lastnikov in okolja. V ta proces morajo biti vključeni vsi zaposleni določenega podjetja. Pri tem ni bistvenih razlik med pridobitnimi in nepridobitnimi dejavnostmi. Pomembno vlogo pri kakovosti poslovanja imata tudi kontrola kakovosti in načrtovanje kakovosti. Če želijo podjetja ostati uspešna je potrebno v poslovanje uvesti različne metode za spremljanje in nenehno izboljševanje kakovosti. Pri tem je lahko v pomoč tudi model poslovne odličnosti.

Abstract:
A quality of business is today a very important element for every company, which wants to stay between successful organizations for a long time in their segment. With a quality of business, the organizations fulfil demands and needs of buyers, owners and environment. In this process must be include all of workers in a particular company. There is no essential difference between profit and non-profit organisations Very important elements in process of quality of business are also a control of quality and a planning a quality. If the organizations want to stay successful, they need also to introduce different methods of permanent reclamations and improving of quality in their segment of business. One of these mention methods is a model of Business excellence.
