Abstract:V diplomski nalogi sem analiziral govor na lokalni radijski postaji Radio Rogla na temelju razčlembe govora posameznega radijskega povezovalca t. i. jutranjega programa.
Keywords:radijski govor, retorična zasnova, tekočnost govora, členitev s premori, komunikacijska dinamika, radijsko povezovanje.

Title:Communication tempo in radio moderating (on the example of a local radio station)
Abstract:In my diploma work I have analyzed the discourse of the local radio station named Radio Rogla and have based it on the description of the speech of six individual morning speakers. Starting from an image of ideal discourse, we plot down the code of the speaker lacking any particular discourse or rhetorical feature listed below. The following properties have been singled out: sentence length, word range, language errors and figures of speech. A part of my diploma work is devoted to smoothness of the discourse, which is defined with the degree of easiness over rhetorical design and diction. In spontaneous discourse a certain degree of non-smoothness is accepted as natural, if it is coordinated with natural mechanisms for processing the voice messages of the listener. Critical reflection helps with in-depth insight in communication tempo and typical features in prevailing radio communication practice. The analysis has shown that speakers rate considerably below the imagined ideal.
Keywords:radio discourse, rhetorical design, smoothness of discourse, breakdown with pauses, communication tempo, radio moderation.
