Abstract:	V diplomskem delu smo predstavili temeljne pojme agresivnosti in nasilja ter opisali teorije agresivnosti. Predstavili smo dejavnike, ki vplivajo na nasilno vedenje mladostnikov ter oblike nasilja mladih v Sloveniji. Navedli smo tudi ukrepe za preprečevanje in obvladovanje nasilja ter soočenje šole z nasiljem. V empiričnem delu smo predstavili rezultate raziskave, ki smo jo izvedli na osnovni šoli Antona Aškerca v Velenju in Srednji zdravstveni šoli v Celju v mesecu septembru 2009 in v mesecu marcu 2010. Namen raziskave je bil, ugotoviti katera vrsta nasilja prevladuje med mladostniki, kje najpogosteje pride do nasilja in koga obvestijo v primeru, da so bili žrtev nasilja. Rezultate smo pridobili z vprašalnikom zaprtega in polodprtega tipa, razdeljenim med 40 osnovnošolcem in 40 srednješolcem. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali da je v anketirani osnovni šoli prisotno psihično kot fizično nasilje, medtem ko v anketirani srednji šoli prevladuje psihično nasilje. V anketirani osnovni šoli najpogosteje pride do nasilja na hodnikih šole, v anketirani srednji šoli pa pred šolo. V primeru nasilja anketirani osnovnošolci najpogosteje obvestijo učitelja in prijatelje, medtem ko srednješolci svoje starše.

Title:	Aggression among Youth
Abstract:	In diploma thesis, the fundamental terms aggressiveness and violence were introduced and theories regarding aggressiveness were described. Furthermore, factors influencing the violent behaviour of adolescents and the forms of violence towards adolescents in Slovenia were identified. Measures on how to prevent and control violence were also named, and the ways a school deals with violence were described. In the empirical part, the results of the research were given, which was conducted at the Primary School Anton Aškerc in Velenje and at the Medical Secondary School in Celje in September 2009 and in March 2010. Primarily, the purpose of the research was to establish which type of violence predominates among adolescents, where violence breaks out most frequently and who do the victims in case of violence contact. The results were gathered with the help of a questionnaire with multiple choice answers and semi-open answers, which were answered by 40 primary school students and 40 secondary school students. Results of research have shown that the interviewed in primary school Anton Aškerc both types – psychological as well as physical violence are present, and the interviewed in secondary school psychological violence prevails. In respondents primary school, violence most frequently breaks out in the hallways, in contrast to respondents secondary school where violence most frequently breaks out in front of the school. In case of violence, primary school students are most likely to contact a teacher and their friends, whereas secondary school students confide in their parents.
