Abstract:	V diplomski nalogi je predstavljen poslovni načrt za vzpostavitev gorenjskega spletnega portala in revije. ********** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ********** Zaslutili smo poslovno priložnost in se odločili za analizo projekta in eventuelno lansiranje medijev. Analizirali smo medijsko panogo in oglaševalski trg na katerem bi nastopili z našim produktom. Raziskava je postregla z vzpodbudnimi rezultati, zato smo nadaljevali z izdelavo celotnega poslovnega načrta. V nadaljevanju je v diplomski nalogi predstavljen načrt izdelave obeh medijev, od razvoja samega produkta do načrta trženja. Izdelane so finančne projekcije, terminski plan za vse glavne elemente poslovnega procesa ter načrt nastopa na trgu. S pomočjo vseh teh elementov poslovnega načrta smo ugotovili, da naš produkt ima potencial na trgu, da na trgu obstaja potreba po njem ter da bo projekt tudi dobičkonosen.

Title:	BUSINESS PLAN FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A WEB PORTAL AND PRINT MEDIA
Abstract:	In this graduation thesis we are presenting a business plan for the establishment of Upper Carniola web portal and magazine. ********** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ******** ********** In this, we saw a business opportunity and decided to analyse the problem, develop a business plan and eventually launch the media itself. We analysed both the current media industry as well as the advertising market on which we could launch our product. The study revealed encouraging results, that propelled us to elaborate the entire business plan. In this graduation thesis, we are presenting a business plan that spans from product development to marketing plan. We also included financial projections as well as the schedule for all the main elements of the business process and market penetration. After assessing all the elements of the business plan, it is our opinion that there is a niche for this type of product and that its success and profitability are assured.
