Title:BREZPOSELNOST V GORENJSKI REGIJI MED LETI 2005 - 2009

Abstract:Brezposelnost je postala splošno razširjen in množičen pojav. Raziskave o prostih delovnih mestih kažejo, da je bilo leto 2009 še manj uspešno kot predhodno. Negativni vplivi svetovne gospodarske krize so se nadaljevali tudi v celotnem letu 2009. Delodajalci so povpraševali po delovni sili izrazito manj kot običajno. Brezposelnost v državi je v letu dni porasla za 45,9 % in je konec decembra štela 96.672 registrirano brezposelnih oseb. Gorenjska brezposelnost je v decembru v državnem merilu predstavljala 7,1 % (Vir: Statistični urad RS). Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na dva dela in sicer, prvi, teoretični del opisuje poglavitne pojme, ki se pojavljajo v zvezi z brezposelnostjo, v drugem delu pa je obravnavan problem brezposelnosti v gorenjski regiji med leti 2005 — 2009, analizirane so strukturne lastnosti brezposelnih oseb, ugotovili smo, kje na Gorenjskem je bila brezposelnost najvišja in kje najnižja, opisali in v številkah prikazali kateri so glavni dejavniki brezposelnosti, kdo je upravičen do nadomestila iz naslova brezposelnosti, na koncu pa se dotaknili še preverjanja hipotez, ki smo jih postavili v zvezi z aktualnimi zadevami okrog brezposelnosti.

Title:UNEMPLOYMENT IN THE GORENJSKA REGION BETWEEN 2005 -2009
Abstract:Unemployment became generally expanded and massive phenomenon. Researches about free labour post points out that was year of 2009 even less successfull than year before. The negative influence of world economic crisis, last year continued all year long. There has been a huge lack of inquirement about free labour post by the side of employers. In the country the unemployment in just one year increased to 45,9% and has at the end of December numbered 96.672 registered unemployed people. In the country measure, Gorenjska presents 7,1% of unemployed people. The Diploma is divided into two parts, the first, theoretical part talks about significant things around enemployment, and in the second part of Diploma was treated the problem of unemployment between 2005 – 2009. There are analysed structered properties unemployed people, we found out where in Gorenjska the unemployment is the highest and where the lowest, than we described and showed in numbers the main factor of unemployment, who is justifiable for compensation from the title of unemployment and in the end we checked the hypothesis which we appointed in connection with current things about unemployment.
