| Abstract: | Ob današnjem naglem razvoju transplantacije velja poudariti, da njene korenine segajo že v čas pred našim štetjem. Razvoj transplantacije kot humane metode medicine je omogočil, da danes presajajo že organe, za katere je misel o tem še pred nekaj leti sodila med znanstveno fantastiko.
Dandanes se tehnologija in naše poznavanje človeškega telesa bliskovito razvijata, tako da je potrebna stalna aktualizacija pravnih in etičnih določil. V transplantacijski dejavnosti predstavljajo komercializacija, možne manipulacije in zlorabe veliko ter resno nevarnost tako na škodo darovalca kot prejemnika. |
