Abstract:	Ne glede na vrsto spletne strani je bistvenega pomena enostaven in učinkovit sistem za upravljanje z vsebino, s pomočjo katerega je možno zadovoljiti želje in potrebe uporabnikov. Aplikacije z omenjenimi lastnostmi so na področju interneta znanje pod kratico CMS. Namen diplomske naloge je predstaviti kako poteka projekt izgradnje spletne strani, ki temelji na sistemu za upravljanje z vsebino. V diplomski nalogi smo na podlagi vnaprej zastavljenih vprašanj raziskave iskali odgovore na to, kaj vse je potrebno za pridobitev naročila za izdelavo tovrstne spletne strani, uspešno sklenitev pogodbe o sodelovanju med naročnikom in izvajalcem, katere dejavnosti in tehnologije so potrebne pri izvedbi ter na kakšen način se izvede izobraževanje za nove uporabnike. Raziskava je bila izvedena na primeru projekta izdelave spletne strani in spletne aplikacije Borze znanja, katerega sta izdelali podjetji Matrika, s.p. in Element, s.p.. Borza znanja je informacijsko središče, v katerem se zbirajo, urejajo in posredujejo podatki o ljudeh, ki neko znanje imajo in so ga pripravljeni brezplačno posredovati drugim ter tistim, ki ga iščejo. Izmenjava različnih znanj in informacij poteka v okviru različnih oblik prostovoljnega in neformalnega združevanja, namenjenega njihovemu izobraževanju. Borza znanja je torej posrednik med ponudniki in iskalci znanja. Raziskavo smo izvedli na podlagi lastnih izkušenj pridobljenih pri projektu izgradnje spletne strani in spletne aplikacije Borze znanja, ki je potekal v obdobju od septembra 2007 do maja 2008. V raziskavi so uporabljeni interni viri in dokumentacija podjetij Matrika, s.p., Element, s.p. ter Borze znanja. Prav tako dokumentacija, ki je nastala med samim projektom. Temeljita prenova spletne strani in spletne aplikacije za podporo delovanju Borze znanja se je v kratkem času izkazala za nadvse uspešno. Presegla je tako pričakovanja naročnika, kot tudi izvajalca. Po prenovi se je močno povečalo število obiskovalcev spletne strani, med katerimi jih je veliko postalo članov Borze znanja. Za vse zaposlene na enotah Borze znanja se je delo močno poenostavilo, saj preko spletne strani člani veliko dela naredijo že sami, izboljšala se je komunikacija med člani borze znanja, zaposlenimi na borzi znanja, predvsem pa je spletna stran postala temelj dejavnosti Borze znanja ter temeljno orodje za komuniciranje z vsemi zainteresiranimi strankami.

Title:	PROJECT OF MAKING WEB SITE WITH CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS)
Abstract:	Simple and effective content management system used to satisfy wishes and needs of users is of fundamental importance, irrespective of the web page type. As regards the internet, these kinds of applications are also known as CMS. The purpose of this diploma paper is to present a project of building a web page based on the content management system. By using predefined questions we tried to define the elements that are necessary to gain a contract for creating a web page as well as to sign a cooperation contract between the two parties; the activities and technologies needed; and the provision of training for new users. The research was done on the basis of a project concerning the web page and web application called Borza znanja, which was created by the companies Matrika, s.p. and Element, s.p. Borza znanja is an information centre that collects, arranges and forwards data on people who have some kind of knowledge and are prepared to pass it on for free to others and to those who search for it. Exchange of different knowledge and information takes place in different forms of voluntary and informal integration with the intention of educating. Therefore, Borza znanja is the intermediary between providers of knowledge and those who search for it. The research was done on the basis of experience gained in the framework of the project of building the web page and web application for Borza znanja from September 2007 until May 2008. In the research the internal sources and the documentation of the companies Matrika, s.p., Element, s.p. as well as Borza znanja were used. We also used the documentation that was produced during the project itself. A thorough renewal of the web page and web application that support the functioning of Borza znanja has proven to be very successful in a very short time. It has succeeded the expectations of both of the parties. After the renewal the number of the web page visitors has grown significantly; many of them have become members of Borza znanja. For all of the employees of Borza znanja work has been simplified as through the web page the members do a lot of the work by themselves; communication between the its members and employees has improved; and the web page has become the foundation of its activities as well as the basic tool of communication with all the interested parties.
