Abstract:	V magistrskem delu je predstavljena uvedba projekta skrbništva na TŠC Kranj. Gre za projekt, pri katerem učitelji sodelujejo kot skrbniki, ki si jih dijaki izberejo za pomoč pri vključevanju v šolsko okolje, pri izboljšanju socialnega počutja in posledično tudi k višjemu učnemu uspehu. Skrbniki bodo svojim varovancem na voljo na posebnih srečanjih, kjer jim bodo nudili svojo nestrokovno pomoč. Naloga je razdeljena na teoretični in empirični del, kjer v teoretičnem delu obravnavamo osnovne pojme v zvezi s skrbništvom ter njegovo uvedbo in izvedbo. Predstavljeni so tudi redni letni razgovori v organizacijah, ki so s stališča uvedbe zelo podobni našemu projektu. V empiričnem delu preko izvedene raziskave ugotavljamo stanje, potrebe in zadovoljstvo treh primerjanih skupin, ki jih sestavljajo učitelji, dijaki in njihovi starši. Anketo je izpolnilo 194 anketirancev. Analiza izvedene raziskave razkriva rezultate med primerjanimi skupinami o širših področjih projekta kot so: · poznavanje skrbništva · izbira skrbnika · podpora skrbništva · uvedba skrbništva · posledice skrbništva Rezultati so pokazali, da dijaki, ki obiskujejo nižje letnike, ne vidijo večje smiselnosti projekta kot dijaki višjih letnikov. Projekt je bil ustrezno predstavljen vsem anketiranim skupinam, a si starši bolj kot dijaki in učitelji želijo dodatnih informacij, povezanih s skrbništvom. Mlajšim učiteljem se uvedba ne zdi bolj smiselna kot njihovim starejšim kolegom. Ugotovili smo tudi, da so dijaki in učitelji v povprečju bolj naklonjeni računalniški izbiri skrbnika kot starši. Starši in dijaki so v nasprotju z učitelji mnenja, da bo skrbništvo prineslo velike spremembe in da bodo te spremembe pozitivne. Vzgojni problematiki anketiranci pripisujejo srednjo stopnjo kritičnosti, kar lahko razumemo kot dober znak in pravočasno uvedbo omenjenega projekta. O ugotovitvah izvedene raziskave se bo seznanilo vodstvo TŠC Kranj in člane skupine za uvedbo skrbništva, ki bodo na osnovi rezultatov lahko izdelali akcijski načrt za uvedbo izboljšav in s tem dvignili kakovost projekta.

Title:	INTRODUCTION OF GUARDIANSHIP FOR STUDENTS IN TŠC KRANJ
Abstract:	In this master's degree assignment is represented the introduction of guardianship on the Technical School Centre in Kranj. This is a project where teachers cooperate as guardians at helping students at including in the school environment, at getting better social feeling, and consequently achieving better success at school. Individual teachers are chosen by individual students. Guardians are available for their students at organized meetings where they offer them their unprofessional help. The assignment is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part are presented the basic concepts concerning guardianship, its introduction, and realization. There are also some regular annual interviews from working organizations because they are similar to our project. In the empirical part this research tries to find out about the state, need and satisfaction of the three groups consisting of teachers, students and their parents. A questionnaire was answered by 194 people from all three groups. Analysis shows results about wider fields of project which are: - knowledge about guardianship - choice of a guardian - guardianship support - introduction of guardianship - consequences of guardianship The study results showed that junior students do not find greater sense in the project, like senior students. The project was properly presented to all three groups of people involved in the survey, but parents would like to get more detailed information about it. Younger teachers consider the project more reasonable than older ones. Teachers and students would prefer the choice of guardian to be done by computer, while parents do not like this idea so much. Parents and students think that guardianship will cause many positive changes. All three groups think that educational problems have reached medium level of criticism, which can be under-stood as a sign of potential progress, and that the project has been introduced on time to enable positive changes. Management of Technical School Centre and the group of people responsible for the introduction of guardianship will be informed about the results of the projects, so that on the basis of these results, they will be able to increase the quality of project.
