Title:PERSONEL DEPARTMENT ORGANIZATION AT UNIVERSITY OF LJUBLJANA FACULTY FOR CIVIL AND GEODETIC ENGEENIRING
Abstract:Human resource department is the first contact of a job applicant with the organisation, as well as the last one, when an employee leaves the organisation. The job of the employee in human resources involves keeping all personal data of the employees, assuring the implementation of the labour legislation as well as taking care of the legality of the employment relationships. The human resource processes include specific steps that need to be adhered to in order to provide the most appropriate co-workers in an organisation. The practical part will present the human resource department at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering. In the beginning the working environment and the structure of employees in this environment are presented. The presentation also includes the organisation of the human resource department with the job description, valid systemisation and the criteria for this position. We have studied the possibility of additional employment in this department at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering. A procedure from the stage of planning a new opening to the final employment is presented. A new opening in the human resource department is beneficial for the organisation as well as for the employees. In the final part of the diploma thesis methods that would assure satisfaction and development of the employees are presented. One of such methods is annual interviews, currently not conducted at the faculty. Annual interviews offer an insight into the past, present and future plans of an individual. Based on such communication some essential information is obtained, necessary especially if we wish to achieve and maintain permanent development of the employees.
