Abstract:	Diplomska naloga predstavlja elektronsko poslovanje in postopek posodabljanja elektronskega poslovanja v računovodstvu Doma starejših občanov Ljubljana Vič-Rudnik. Računovodska služba v zavodu skrbi za kvalitetno delo pri elektronskem poslovanju z notranjimi in zunanjimi uporabniki. S čim manjšimi stroški mora dosegati tem boljše rezultate, delati v skladu s politiko in zastavljenimi cilji zavoda ter hkrati slediti svetovnemu trendu in razvoju. Spremembe na področju zakonodaje in tehnologije na področju elektronskega poslovanja, usmerjajo k spremembam in narekujejo hiter tempo razvoja, kljub morebitnim začetnim težavam. V diplomski nalogi je podana ugotovitev, da zakonski predpisi dobro urejajo elektronsko poslovanje, saj so jasno določena pravila za delovanje in varovanje podatkov, uporaba kvalificiranega digitalnega potrdila pa zagotavlja zahtevano verodostojnost in varnost posredovanih podatkov. Nadaljnje ugotovitve so, da zaradi enkratnega vnosa podatkov, katere v nadaljevanju lahko uporabljamo za zahtevana poročila in zaradi avtomatske kontrole pri elektronskih prenosih podatkov, ki zmanjšujejo verjetnost napak, uporabnik elektronskega poslovanja prihrani čas, kar posledično pomeni nižje stroške in izboljšano učinkovitost, gospodarnost in uspešnost poslovanja. Za vse našteto je potrebna dobra organizacija dela računovodstva, medsebojna komunikacija in izobraževanje s področja elektronskega poslovanja in računalniških programov.

Title:	ANALYSIS OF ELECTRONIC BUSINESS ACCOUNTING IN DOM STAREJŠIH OBČANOV LJUBLJANA VIČ - RUDNIK HOME FOR THE AGED
Abstract:	This thesis describes the electronic business and the process of updating the electronic business accounting in Dom starejših občanov Ljubljana Vič-Rudnik home for the aged. The institution's accounts department ensures that the electronic trading with internal and external users is reliable. Keeping cost at a minimum, they must achieve the best results possible, work in accordance with the institution's politics and goals, and follow the latest trends and developments in the world. Changes in the legislation and technology of electronic business direct modifications and dictate a fast paced development, despite possible starting problems. The conclusion of this thesis is that the legislation sufficiently regulates electronic business, as the rules of operation and data protection are clearly set, and the use of a qualified digital certificate assures the necessary authenticity and safety of transmitted data. Further ascertainments are that due to the one-time input of data, which can be used for the required reports henceforth, and due to the automated control of electronic data transactions, which minimizes the occurrence of mistakes, the user of electronic business saves time, which in turn means lower cost and better efficiency, economy and effectiveness of operating. To ensure all of the above, the accounts department must provide good organization of work, mutual communication and continuous education in the area of electronic commerce and computer programs.
