Abstract:Diplomska naloga obravnava tematiko zadovoljstva zaposlenih v podjetju Slowatch d.o.o. V njej sem se posvetila predvsem spoznavanju pojma organizacijska klima. Raziskala sem, kakšna organizacijska klima vlada med zaposlenimi v navedenem podjetju ter pogledala dejavnike, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu. Raziskovalni del diplomske naloge temelji na raziskavi zadovoljstva zaposlenih v maloprodaji, torej v trgovinah oziroma poslovalnicah, ki jih ima podjetje Slowatch d.o.o. v Sloveniji. Organizacijska klima v podjetju je odvisna od stališč zaposlenih do dela, od lastnosti dela, organiziranosti dela, plač, ugodnostih, ki jih podjetje nudi zaposlenim in medsebojnih odnosov ter od načina vodenja. Raziskava je pokazala, da so zaposleni zadovoljni s pogoji dela, ter da so za svoje delo primerno motivirani in nagrajeni. Izrazitega nezadovoljstva med zaposlenimi ni zaznati. Ob upoštevanju rezultatov raziskave, ki sem jo izvedla med zaposlenimi in ob hkratni uvedbi morebitnih novih aktivnosti, vpeljavi manjših sprememb v organizaciji, bo podjetje doseglo še boljšo organizacijsko klimo ter posledično višjo kakovost storitev, zadovoljstvo strank ter na koncu večji izplen dobička.

Title:PLEASURE OF EMPLOYMENT IN COMPANY SLOWATCH LTH.
Abstract:This diploma treats a subject of employee satisfaction, employed at Slowatch Ltd. I paid my attention mostly to comprehension of the organisational climate. I researched the organisational climate among employees of this company and checked the facts that influence the employee satisfaction at work. The research part of the Diploma is based on the employee satisfaction in the retail trade that means in the shops and offices of Slowatch Ltd. in Slovenia. Organisational climate in the company depends on the viewpoints that employees have towards their work, nature of their work, work organisation, salaries, any in-work benefits, relationships among workers and methods of managing. The research has shown that employees are pleased with their working conditions and are properly motivated and rewarded for their work. There is no distinctive dissatisfaction among employees. Considering the results of the research that I took among the employees and simultaneous implementation of any possible new activities and introduction of smaller changes in the organisation will help the company reach even better organisational climate and as a consequence a higher quality services, customer satisfaction and finally, a higher profit.
