Abstract:Elektronsko bančništvo lahko opredelimo kot poslovanje bank s strankami preko elektronskih prodajnih poti, ki so zasnovane na sodobni informacijski in komunikacijski tehnologiji. Med sodobne storitve elektronskega bančništva štejemo: bančne avtomate, samopostrežne kioske, plačilne kartice, telefonsko bančništvo, spletno (internetno) bančništvo in mobilno bančništvo. Banke so te storitve razvile, da bi se prilagodile razmeram na trgu, saj je postala sodobna tehnologija dostopna vsakomur. Uporabniki z uporabo teh storitev prihranijo čas in denar, nudijo pa jim tudi večjo udobnost, saj jih lahko opravljajo kjerkoli in kadarkoli. Dostopne so 24 ur na dan, vse dni v letu. Nova Ljubljanska banka in Nova Kreditna banka Maribor svojim komitentom nudita široko paleto storitev na področju elektronskega bančništva. Obe ponujata telefonsko bančništvo, spletno bančništvo, mobilno bančništvo, bančne kartice ter bančne avtomate. Nova Ljubljanska banka je že ponudila svojim uporabnikom storitev e-računa, ki je pomembna pri poslovanju podjetja z državnimi institucijami in ostalimi pravnimi subjekti na trgu, saj bo olajšal poslovanje v prihodnosti.

Title:ELECTRONIC BANKING: THE CASE OF NOVA LJUBLJANSKA BANKA AND NOVA KREDITNA BANKA MARIBOR
Abstract:Electronic banking can be defined as banking business with customers through electronic distribution channels, which are based on modern information and communication technology. Modern banking includes following electronic services: automated teller machines, self-service kiosks (shops), bank cards, telephone banking, online (internet) banking and mobile banking. Banks have developed these services in order to adapt the market conditions, because modern technology is now available to everyone. By using these services, users save time, money and at the same time these services offer them a greater convenience as they may be performed anywhere and anytime by a 24-hour access. Nova Ljubljanska Banka and Nova Kreditna banka Maribor offer their customers a wide range of services in the field of electronic banking. They both offer telephone banking, online banking, mobile banking, credit cards and automated teller machines. Nova Ljubljanska Banka has already offered its users an e-account, which is important for dealing with state institutions and other legal subjects in the market as it will facilitate business in the future.
