Abstract:
Diplomska naloga preveri tehnologije, ki se trenutno uporabljajo za označevanje izdelkov v trgovinah in jih poskuša nadomestiti z RFID tehnologijo. Opisane so standardne komponente, ki so na tržišču, z dobrimi in slabimi lastnostmi za uporabo v nakupovalnem središču. Podrobno je predstavljen čitalec XR480, razvoj programske opreme za zajemanje podatkov iz RFID oznak in njena integracija v informacijski sistem Piramida podjetja MCLine. Opisana so testiranja izbrane opreme ter ugotovitve o zanesljivosti sistema. Podan je predlog za nadaljnji razvoj projekta.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT WITH RFID (RADIO-FREQUENCY INDENTIFICATION) CASH REGISTER
Abstract:
My diploma checks current tehnologies currently available for labeling articles in shoping centers and tries their replacement with RFID tehnology. It describes standard components on the market with their weak and strong caracteristics for usage in shoping centers. There is in detail described RFID reader XR480, software development for capturing data from RFID tags and its integration into information system called Piramida, developed by MCLine, d.o.o. company. It includes testing choosen equipement and findings of reliability of system. Conclusion includes ideas for further development of project.
