Abstract:
Diplomska naloga opisuje potek izdelave programske rešitve za preglede varnosti in zdravja pri delu za podjetje RE_AL varstvo Aleksander Remškar s. p.. Pred uvedbo programske rešitve so to delo opravljali v programskem okolju Microsoft Excel in Word. Rešitev je narejena v programskem okolju Microsoft Access 2003. V prvem delu je predstavljeno obravnavano podjetje in problemi, s katerimi se srečujejo pri poslovanju. Največji problem predstavlja zastarelo in zamudno vodenje pregledov varnosti in zdravja pri delu. Sledi kratka teoretična osnova razvoja podatkovnega modela. Osrednji del naloge opisuje izdelavo programske rešitve, ki omogoča enostavno in hitro vodenje pregledov varnosti in zdravja pri delu. V zaključku je podana ocena učinkov z oceno naročnika, pogoji za uvedbo ter predlogi za nadaljnji razvoj prototipne rešitve.

SOFTWARE FOR WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY INSPECTIONS
Abstract:
The diploma thesis gives an insight into the building of software for workplace health and safety inspections for company RE_AL varstvo Aleksander Remškar s. p. They managed business processes in Microsoft Excel and Word before the introduction of software solution. It is made in the programming environment Microsoft Access 2003. Short introduction of examined company and difficulties they encountered in their business presents firstly. The out of date and time consuming management of workplace health and safety inspections are the biggest problem. A brief theoretical groundwork of a data base model follows on. The central part of the diploma describes development of software for quick and easy workplace health and safety inspections. Estimation of results with the user evaluation is the last part of the paper as well as conditions for use and suggestions for further development.
