Abstract:
V raziskavi smo opredelili povezavo med količino in kvaliteto prirejenega mleka v različnih sistemih reje molznic. Primerjali smo dve kmetiji z različnim sistemom reje in načinom molže: prosta reja-molzišče in privezana reja-molzne enote in mlekovod. Podatke o prireji mleka, vključno s slovenskimi povprečji, smo pridobili preko portala CPZ Govedo na Kmetijskem Inštitutu Slovenije. V raziskavi smo se dotaknili projektiranja molzišč v preteklosti ter opredelili bistvene razlike v sami izvedbi le-teh v preteklosti in sedanjosti.

Title:
Rearing of cows and milking spots design
Abstract:
We analyzed the link between the quantity and quality of milk produced in different dairy farming systems of dairy cows. We compared two farms with different farming systems and ways of milking: free-range milking spots and range-bound milking units and milk pipe. Data on milk production for both herds and Slovenia was obtained through the portal CPZ cattle at the Agricultural Institute of Slovenia. In our study we examined the design of milking spots in the past and identified significant differences in their implementation with today`s solution.
