Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljena vloga odprtih vmesnikov za upravljanje omrežnih elementov, njihova zasnova skozi E-ToM model ter integracija oziroma implementacija v obstoječ sistem. Povzeli smo tudi uporabo in upravljanje omrežnih elementov tako preko odprtih vmesnikov kot zaprtih vmesnikov in na kratko povzeli prednosti odprtih vmesnikov. Lotili smo se torej problematike upravljanja omrežnih elementov, s katerimi lahko upravljamo na več načinov, vendar poskušali ugotoviti s katerimi metodami lahko čim bolj racionaliziramo dostop operaterja oziroma upravljalca omrežja, pa tudi operacijski čas razvojno verifikacijskega cikla produktov. Prav tako na koncu povzamemo testne primere predvsem iz tehničnega stališča, kjer pokažemo dostopa oziroma spreminjanje relevantnih omrežnih elementov. elementov.

Title:
Usage of open management for managing network elements
Abstract:
The graduate work describes role of open interface for managing network elements, their design within E-TOM model and integration/implementation into existing system. We have also summarized usage and administration of network elements, which can be managed through many ways and tried to find advantages of open interface. The main problem in work is managing network elements, which can be managed with different tools and architectures, and we tried to find the best solution for best effect within operators, networks administrators and also for verification cycle. At the end we have summarized technical parameters for managing and changing network elements.
