Abstract:	Cilj raziskave je bil analizirati poslovanje na zelenjadarski kmetiji v letu 2008. Za oceno analize poslovanja smo razvili simulacijski model s pripadajočimi pod-modeli. Analiza je pokazala, da je z ekonomskega vidika najustreznejša zelenjadnica čebula (FR = 2.783,71 in Ke = 2,24). Med poljščinami so ekonomsko najzanimivejše za pridelovanje oljne buče (FR = 1.920,84 in Ke = 2,13). Zelenjadnice na kmetiji dosegajo višje ekonomske parametre kot poljščine. Analiza je pokazala, da bi bila pridelava večine poljščin v kolobarju brez neposrednih plačil ekonomsko neupravičena, izjema so le oljne buče. Nasprotno pa se kot ekonomsko upravičene izkažejo za pridelavo vse zelenjadnice. V nadaljevanju rezultati optimizacije načrta pridelave na kmetiji kažejo, da je pri scenariju 1 najugodnejša kombinacija setev ječmena in oljne ogrščice. Po scenariju 2 je zgodnje zelje, čebula in zgodnji krompir. Po scenariju 3 so to ječmen, rdeča čebula in srebrnjak, ter po scenariju 4 čebula in oljne buče. Najboljše rezultate kazalnikov za analizo prodaje ima zgodnji krompir, ki dosega najvišje razmerje glede tržnih cen (1,89) in najvišje razmerje glede na minimalno tržno ceno (2,80).

Title:	Analysis of business performance in the case of vegetable production farm
Abstract:	The main goal of the study was to analyze the business on the vegetable farm in 2008. For the assessment of business analysis, we developed a simulation model with sub-models. The analysis showed that the most economically vegetable is onion (FR = 2.783,71 and Ce = 2,24). Among the crops is economically the most interesting production of oil pumpkins (FR = 1.920,84 and Ce = 2,13). Vegetables on the farm achieve higher economic parameters as crops. The analysis showed that the production of most crops in the outer ring without direct payments is economically unjustifiable, except the oil pumpkins. Conversely, as a commercially viable to produce are all vegetables (Ce> 1). The following results of the optimization of the production plan at the farm show that in scenario 1 is most advantageous combination of barley and oilseed rape. In scenario 2, early cabbage, onion and early potatoes. Scenario 3 are the barley, red onions, silver onions, and in scenario 4 onions and pumpkin oil. The best results of indicators analysis of sales has the early potatoes, which achieve the highest ratio of the market price (1.89) and the highest ratio in relation to the minimum market price (2.80).
