Abstract:	Ponekod poskušajo podjetja preko internega komuniciranja udejanjati zastavljeno vizijo, vrednote in poslanstvo, ponekod pa podjetja komunikacijske potrebe zaposlenih podcenjujejo ali jih celo zapostavljajo. Ker se zavedamo, da je interno komuniciranje pomembno, temveč s strani vodstva večkrat neopaženo, je zato vredno podrobnejšega raziskovanja. Predmet raziskave je torej interno komuniciranje v podjetju Elektro Celje in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih z njim, zato je v magistrskem delu tako predstavljen poglobljen pogled na specifična področja komuniciranja v Elektru Celje, podjetju za distribucijo električne energije, d. d.. Analiza prispelih odgovorov, pridobljenih na podlagi anketnega vprašalnika, daje vpogled v obstoječe stanje na področju internega komuniciranja. Na podlagi prikazanih rezultatov so oblikovani predlogi za izboljšavo internega komuniciranja v Elektru Celje in s tem posledično zadovoljstva zaposlenih.

Title:	Internal communication and employee's satisfaction in Elektro Celje, d.d.: case study
Abstract:	Companies sometimes try to realize their vision, values and mission via internal communication, but sometimes companies underestimate or even disregard the communication needs of their employees. Because we are aware that internal communication is important, but often unnoticed by the management, it is worth detailed research. The subject of this research is therefore, internal communication inside a company Elektro Celje and the employee’s satisfaction. The Master’s thesis thus represents a detailed view of the specific areas of communication inside Elektro Celje, an energy distribution company. The analysis of the answers received, obtained on the basis of a questionnaire, gives insight into the existing state of internal communication. On the basis of the results presented, suggestions for improving internal communication in Elektro Celje and, consecutively, the satisfaction of the employees are formulated.
