Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili metode in prosto dostopna orodja, ki omogočajo optimizacijo spletnih strani, katere rezultat je njihova čim višja uvrstitev na spletnih iskalnikih. Raziskali smo teoretično ozadje od začetkov optimizacije do danes. Podali smo osnovna pravila, dejstva in napotke za optimizacijo ter na koncu vse to praktično preizkusili in prikazali na primeru portalov Mestne občine Maribor in Digitalne knjižnice Univerze v Mariboru.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION
Abstract:
In this diploma, methods and open source tools providing web site optimization for high ranking within search engines are presented. We elaborated theoretical background from the beginning till now. Basic rules, facts and recommendation for optimization are also provided. At the end, we made a practical test and presentation of our approach on two portals: of Municipality of Maribor and Digital library of University of Maribor.
