Abstract:	Napredek na področju računalništva in multimedijske tehnologije omogoča, da so številni računovodski dokumenti digitalizirani z nizkimi stroški v učinkovita skladišča. Količina računovodskih dokumentov hitro narašča, to pa privede do potrebe po razvoju mehanizmov za učinkovito upravljanje elektronskih dokumentov, ki predstavljajo prihodnost računovodskih informacijskih sistemov. Ena izmed ključnih sestavin računovodskih informacijskih sistemov v prihodnosti je upravljanje zbirk podatkov. V pričujoči diplomi se osredotočamo na razvrščanje elektronskih računovodskih dokumentov. Eksperimentalni rezultati kažejo, da so nehierarhični sistemi boljši kot hierarhični sistemi razvrščanja podatkov, vendar se v primeru podjetja TSP nagibamo k hierarhičnemu pristopu, ki se nam v primeru kopičenja dokumentov zdi najbolj primeren in za to podjetje tudi najbolj učinkovit.

Title:	ASSESMENT OF CLASSIFICATION OF ELECTRONIC ACCOUNTING DOCUMENTS IN A COMPANY TSP
Abstract:	Progress in the field of computer science and multimedia technology has enabled that numerous accounting documents can be digitalized into efficient storages with low costs. The quantity of accounting documents is rising quickly and that calls for the need of developement of mechanisms that will enable efficient handling of electronic documents, which represent the future of accounting information systems. Administration of data base is one of the key features of accounting information systems. The thesis deals with classification of electronic accounting documents. Empirical results have shown that non-hierarchic systems of data classification are better than hierarchic. However, in the case of company TSP we are more inclined to hierarchic system of data classification approach, becouse when it comes to accumulation of documents, such approach seems more appropriate and more efficient for our company.
