Abstract:	Diplomska naloga obravnava institut ureditve služnosti v javno korist z upoštevanjem normativne ureditve področja v Republiki Sloveniji. Služnosti v javno korist so služnosti, ki se ustanovijo v javnem interesu, in sicer v korist države, lokalnih skupnosti, izvajalcev javnih služb in nosilcev različnih infrastrukturnih dejavnosti, če je to nujno potrebno za postavitev omrežij in objektov (gospodarske) javne infrastrukture in njihovo nemoteno delovanje. So neprave stvarne služnosti, ki nastanejo na podlagi pravnega posla ali z odločbo državnega organa. Njihovo trajanje je omejeno, razen če zakon izjeme izrecno predvideva. Prenehajo z odločbo upravnega organa, s pretekom časa, za katerega so ustanovljene oz. s pretekom 30 let, če so ustanovljene v korist pravne osebe. Služnosti v javno korist so prenosljive, vendar le s povsem enako vsebino. Za konec je v diplomski nalogi predstavljena še ureditev služnosti v javno korist v nekaterih zakonih.

Title:	SERVITUDE IN PUBLIC BENEFIT
Abstract:	This bachelor thesis discusses the institute of the settlement of the servitude in the public benefit taking into consideration the legal regulation of this subject in the Republic of Slovenia. Servitudes in the public benefit are servitudes, which are created in the public interest, namely in the favor of a country, local communities, public service performers and holders of various infrastructural activities, if that is necessary to set up the network and objects of the (economic) public infrastructure and to ensure their undisturbed activity. They are improper objective servitudes, which originate from a legal agreement or from a written order of a state agency. Their continuance is limited, except when exceptions are anticipated by law. Servitudes in the public benefit stop with the written order of a state agency, termination of time for which they were created or with the termination of 30 years, if established in the favor of a corporate body. They are transmissible only when transmitted with the exact same contents. In the end of this college diploma the settlement of the servitude in the public benefit is presented in several acts.
