Abstract:
Obolevnost za rakom narašča. Zdravljenje je kompleksno in v veliki meri odvisno od multidisciplinarne skupine strokovnjakov. Priprava raztopin protitumornih učinkovin je zahtevno in kompleksno delo in po standardih in smernicah mora biti centralizirana. V okviru naloge smo preučili standarde, smernice in svetovna priporočila ter jih primerjali z domačo zakonodajo in smernicami. Decentralizirana priprava je tveganje kontamnacije in najboljša ureditev problema bi bila uvedba centralizirane priprave.

MODEL OF SAFE CYTOSTATIC HANDLING IN UNIVERSITY CLINICAL CENTRE MARIBOR
Abstract:
Incidence of cancer is increasing. Cancer treatment is complex and demands a multidisciplinary approach. Cytotoxic solution preparation is exact and complex. According to standards and guidelines it must be within central preparation units in hospitals. Within the sphere of my diploma work, we studied standards, guidelines and world recommendations and compared them with national legislation and guidelines. Preparation on more locations means greater risk of contaminationand the best solution would be a central preparation unit.
