Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljena osnovna zakonodaja, katera ureja področje izrednih prevozov in hkrati določa znanja, katera mora imeti spremljevalno osebje, da lahko organizira in izvede tovrsten prevoz. Prikazan je postopek pridobitve dovoljenja za izredni prevoz, kakor tudi pravice in odgovornosti spremljevalnega osebja. Predstavljena je pravilna označitev vozil in osebja, ter opreme za spremljanje, kakor tudi komunikacija, katera je ključnega pomena pri izvedbi izrednih prevozov. Vemo, da pri načrtovanju cestnih izrednih prevozov pogosto pride do zastojev oz. ozkih grl. Eno izmed ovir predstavljajo mejni prehodi Evropske Unije. V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno nekaj poenostavljenih carinskih postopkov, kateri pripomorejo k čim hitrejšemu prečkanju mejnega prehoda in s tem čim manjši izgubi časa zaradi carinskih formalnosti. Predstavljeno pa je tudi eno od vodilnih podjetij v tem segmentu, katerega osnovna prednost je v razgibanem voznem parku, kljub velikosti podjetja pa je še zmeraj dovolj prilagodljivo glede na potrebe in zahteve trga.

Title:TRAFFIC ENGINEERS TREATMENTS OF EXTRAORDINARY TRANSPORTS
Abstract:In this diploma is presented a fundamental legislation, which manage field of especial transports and in the same time define knowledges, which accompained personnel have to have for organize and to carry out this kind of transport. A procedure of acquirement of permission for especial transport and rightlys and responsibility of accompained personnel are showed. The right designation of vehicles and personal and equipment for accompain, as well as comunication, which have key meaning in the execution of especial transports is represented. We know that in planning of road especial transports often come to traffic jams or narrow throaths. One of the obsticles presented border crossing of European Union. In diploma is represented some of simplified customs procedures, which supported fasters crossing of borders and by this the smallest lost of time caused of customs formality. There is although showed one of the leading firms in this segment, which basic priority is various rolling stock, in spite of size of firm is although enought fleksible for necessaries and demand of trade.
