The research focused on examining the overall satisfaction of the employees at work, attitude towards quality, as well as on examining the human relations superior – inferior. We presented quality, motivation and motivational factors from the theoretical point of view to part of a dissertation in first, we did a survey in other part. Empirical part divided on: demographic part, tehnically – tehnological and human part (indirect, direct) and motivational factors for the better work. The analysis of the survey questionnaires regarding factors showed that it is the material factors which motivate the employees the most. We passed also proposals for improvement of condition considering a analysis. However, salary and rewarding in an organization must be well arranged and completed in order for the employees to see them as good motivators. Also, we should not neglect good human relations and communication, that is the nonmotivational factors. The more respected the employees in an organization will feel, the more will they contribute to good work results and human relations and consequently to the overall success of the company.
