Title:IZDELAVA E-GRADIVA ZA SPOZNAVANJE CELOVITE PROGRAMSKE REŠITVE SAP NA PRIMERU OSKRBOVALNEGA PROCESA

Abstract:Na vajah študentov iz celovite programske rešitve SAP na primeru oskrbovalnega procesa predavatelji uporabljajo različna gradiva in učne metode. S prosojnicami študentu lahko podajo zgolj teoretična znanja, praktične vaje pa od predavatelja terjajo veliko priprav in vzdrževanje celovite programske rešitve. Obenem pa je med študenti vse bolj priljubljeno samostojno izobraževanje prek spleta, t. i. e-izobraževanje. V diplomski nalogi smo zato izdelali e-gradivo za spoznavanje celovite programske rešitve SAP na primeru oskrbovalnega procesa. V nalogi smo najprej predstavili teoretične osnove e-izobraževanja, med drugim nekaj modelov e-izobraževanja in orodij, ki jih uporabljamo pri izdelavi e-gradiva in e-izobraževanju na splošno. Predstavili smo pomen izobraževanja z uporabo celovitih programskih rešitev, kot je SAP. V e-gradivu smo predstavili celovito programsko rešitev SAP na primeru oskrbovalnega procesa, zato smo v nalogi opisali tudi proces oskrbe in teoretične osnove celovitih programskih rešitev. Oskrbovalni proces v celoviti programski rešitvi SAP smo nato predstavili na konkretnem teoretičnem primeru. Omenjena teorija je vključena v e-gradivo. Opisali smo tudi standard SCORM, s pomočjo katerega bomo namestili e-gradivo na splet. Predstavili smo izdelavo e-gradiva v programu CourseLab. Naloga je prispevala k temu, da imajo študenti na voljo gradivo, ki jim je dostopno od doma in ga lahko samostojno uporabljajo. Izdelano e-gradivo je združljivo s standardom SCORM in tako dosegljivo prek interneta v spletni učilnici Moodle. Izdelano e-gradivo študentom omogoča, da pridobijo teoretična in praktična znanja. Z njim lahko interaktivno spoznavajo oskrbovalni proces v celoviti programski rešitvi SAP in s simulacijo vadijo osvojeno teoretično znanje ter na koncu tudi preverijo svoje rešitve.

Title:CREATING E-LEARNING MATERIAL FOR INTRODUCTION OF SAP ERP SOLUTION - THE CASE OF PROCUREMENT PROCESS
Abstract:Professors use different learning materials and methods to present the SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions on the case of procurement process at students’ practical classes. By using slides they can give students only theoretical knowledge while practical classes intended to introduce the students to SAP ERP require a great deal of preparation as well as the maintenance of ERP software solutions. At the same time, the students are more and more keen on independent interactive learning via Internet, the so-called e-learning. In this thesis, we have thus created e-learning material for learning about SAP ERP software solutions on the case of procurement process. First, we have presented the theoretical bases of e-learning, including some e-learning models and tools for creating e-learning material and for e-learning in general. We presented the importance of education through the use of ERP software solutions such as SAP. E-material presents the SAP ERP software solution on the case of the procurement process; therefore, we have also described the procurement process and the theoretical bases of the ERP software solutions. Then, we have presented a theoretical example of the procurement process in the SAP ERP software solution. The mentioned theory is included in the e-learning material. We have also described the SCORM standard to be used to install the e-learning material on the Internet. Finally, we have presented the creation of our e-material in CourseLab e-learning authoring tool. In the thesis, we have created learning material, which is available for students at home and which they can use independently. It is compatible with the SCORM standard and thus available on the Internet via Moodle. The learning material created allows students to gain theoretical and practical knowledge. In an interactive way, they can get familiar with the SAP ERP software solution, practice use of software solution via simulation and they can also verify the obtained knowledge.
