Title:ODLOČITVENI MODEL ZA IZBIRO DOBAVITELJA REPROMATERIALOV V PROIZVODNIH PODJETJIH

Abstract:Optimalen nakup brez sistematične in poglobljene raziskave trga ni več možen. V podjetjih se kaže potreba po poglobljenih odnosih z dobavitelji. Vključevanje v zgodnjo fazo razvoja podjetju prihrani čas in denar. Proces izbire dobavitelja iz vseh teh razlogov postaja strateško pomembna odločitev vsakega podjetja. V magistrskem delu je s pomočjo večparametrskega modela za podporo odločanju zgrajen model, ki pomaga pri izbiri dobavitelja repromaterialov v proizvodnem podjetju. Model je prenosljiv med proizvodnimi podjetji. Zgrajen je na podlagi parametrov, razvrščenih v hierarhično drevo. Izbira dobavitelja je podprta z lupino ekspertnega sistema DEX-i. Sistem omogoča izgradnjo baze znanja, ocenjevanje variant in razlago rezultatov. Pri razlagi rezultatov je v pomoč tudi VREDANA, ki nadomesti nekatere pomanjkljivosti DEX-a in daje boljšo podporo »kaj-če« analizam.

Title:DECISION MODEL FOR SUPPLIER SELECTION IN PRODUCTION COMPANIES
Abstract:It has become impossible to make an optimum purchase without a systematic and detailed research of the market. Companies are faced with the need for more elaborate relationships with their suppliers. Getting involved in the early phase of developing an intermediate good is both time- and cost-effective for the final product manufacturer. For all those reasons, the supplier selection process, increasingly, is a strategically important decision for each company. The master's thesis employs a multi-attribute decision-support model to establish a model helping a manufacturer in selecting the supplier of an intermediate good. The model is transferable among companies. It is based on attributes arranged in a hierarchical tree. The supplier selection is supported by a DEXi expert system shell. The system enables the compilation of a knowledge base, assessment of variants, and interpretation of results. In interpreting the results, another programme used is VREDANA, making up for certain deficiencies of the DEX as well as providing better support to “what-if” analyses.
