Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je obravnavan problem izbire najprimernejše CNC-naprave za podjetje Mizarstvo Pikl. Želja po nakupu te naprave je bila prisotna že dalj časa in sedaj je prerasla v potrebo. Na izbiro najprimernejše CNC-naprave vpliva veliko število kriterijev. S pomočjo programa za večparametrsko odločanje je bil na podlagi realnih podatkov izdelan odločitveni model za pomoč pri izbiri CNC-naprave. Pri tem je bila upoštevana vrsta proizvodnje ter pravila večparametrskega odločanja. Da bi sprejeli pravilno in kvalitetno odločitev, smo uporabili program za večparametrsko odločanje DEXi. Program DEXi omogoča rangiranje in urejanje variant ter vpogled v dobljene rezultate vrednotenja. Ob koncu diplomskega dela pa je bila s pomočjo programa Vredana izdelana še »kaj-če« analiza. Končna rešitev naloge je na podlagi analize večparametrskega odločitvenega modela izbrana najustreznejša CNC-naprava za potrebe podjetja.

DECISSION MODEL FOR CNC-MACHINE SELECTION
Abstract:
Present work deals with problems of choosing the most adequate CNC-equipment for a company called Mizarstvo Pikl. The desire to buy this equipment has been present for a long period of time already and has now become a necessity. The purchase of such equipment is influenced by a wide variety of factors. With the help of a multi-parameter decision-making program a decisive model which provides help in choosing the right CNC-equipment has been made on the basis of realistic information. The type of manufacture and rules applied to multi - parameter decision making have also been considered. In order to make right and qualitative decisions, a multi-parameter decision-making program DEXI was used. DEXI program makes ranging and the organization of variables, moreover the insight into the assessment of results received, possible. With the help of Vredana programme a what-if analyses will also be presented at the end of this work. The aim of my thesis is to choose the most adequate CNC-equipment needed by the Mizarstvo Pikl company on the basis of this analysis.
