Rezultat bo kompleksen večparametrski odločitveni model, s katerim bomo posamezno varianto ovrednotili ter dobili vpogled v njene prednosti in slabosti

Title:THE SELECTION OF INTEGRATED SOLUTION FOR SMALL BUSSINES
Abstract:Optimization of business processes today, for companies who want to maintain a competitive advantage is necessary. Selection of a interated software solution is anything but simple and quick process - on the contrary, especially in a small business is a difficult and long-lasting campaign. Both global and Slovenian market is to offer endless possibilities for the selection of modules, which are usually quite similar. The problem appears because companies/employees in small enterprises are usually not experts in the information technology field. Therefore the decision for buying can be in a many ways wrong. Lack of criteria is taken into account, they focus primarily on price, but in most cases this is insufficient. There is also the issue or transfer of knowledge and the maintenance of the solutions, which is not taken into account at the beginning of buying. In this thesis we present a model that can help make the right choice. We delineated three most common integrated solutions in the Slovenian market today and the multicriteria evaluation of the program for comparison. As a result we will get a complex multicriteria decision model that will evaluate each variable and will be able to get an insight of their advantages and disadvantages.
