Abstract:
Podjetji UPS Adria d.o.o. in City Express se ukvarjata z ekspresnimi poštnimi storitvami in si račune izmenjujeta na klasičen način. Vsi računi, ki si jih podjetji izmenjujeta, so v papirni obliki, kar za obe podjetji predstavlja strošek in časovno zamudo. Da bi bili stroški pošiljanja in prejemanja računov manjši pri obeh podjetjih, bi bilo najbolje uvesti e-račun. Z uvedbo izmenjave e-računa bi tako bistveno znižali stroške ter pridobili na času. Tako bi podjetji poslovali in sodelovali še bolj učinkovito. Z diplomskim delom je predstavljena prototipna rešitev izmenjave e-računa med navedenima organizacijama. Rešitev je prikazana z uporabo programov Datalab Pantheon in SAP ter z uporabo e-sloga in XML sheme dokumentov. Zaradi varovanja zasebnosti omenjenih podjetij so nekateri podatki o poslovanju izmišljeni in prikazani zgolj konceptualno.

E-INVOICING IMPLEMENTATION BETWEEN COMPANIES UPS ADRIA D.O.O. AND CITY EXPRESS D.O.O.
Abstract:
Companies UPS Adria d.o.o. and City Express d.o.o. are dealing with express postal services and exchanging their invoices in the classical way. All exchanging invoices are in written and paper form, which presents costs and time delay for both companies. To cut the costs of sending and receiving invoices, the introduction of electronic invoice is proposed. With introduction of e-invoice, we could esentially reduce costs and acquire on time. In this way the companies could officiate and cooporate even more effective. With the result of this diploma is presented the prototype solution of invoice exchange between the stated organisations. It is presented with usage of programs Datalab Pantheon and SAP, with assistance of e-style and documents in XML scheme. Because of the privacy protection of both companies, some of the business data is fictitious and presented only conceptual.
