Abstract:
Presoja vodenja politike podjetja je metoda, ki omogoča temeljito analizo podjetja in njegovega položaja v okolju. Z uporabo Kraljeve metode za presojo vodenja politike podjetja lahko v vsakem podjetju ugotovimo, kakšno je obstoječe stanje in predlagamo ustrezne ukrepe za izboljšanje stanja.

Abstract:
Determining a company’s policy management is a method which enables a thorough analysis of a company and its position in the environment. Using Kralj’s method of determining a company’s policy we can find out the state of affairs in every company and propose appropriate measures to improve its situation.
