Abstract:
V okviru diplomskega dela so z metodo prenove poslovnih procesov predstavljeni procesi zaposlovanja in razporejanja, upravljanja kadrovskih podatkov in prenehanja delovnega razmerja v podjetju Avtenta.si d.o.o. Na podlagi popisanih procesov je narejena analiza njihove podprtosti s sistemom SAP in predlog prenove. Le-ta vključuje modele prenovljenih procesov in prilagoditev sistema SAP do nivoja delujočega prototipa. V teoretičnem delu so opisana področja prenove poslovnih procesov, upravljanja s človeškimi viri in celovite programske rešitve SAP ter pomen le-teh področij. Predstavljeni sta tudi orodji ARIS Toolset in ARIS Express ter primerjava med njima. V praktičnem delu so s pomočjo programskega orodja ARIS Express prikazani posnetki obstoječega stanja izbranih kadrovskih procesov ter modeli prenovljenih procesov. Prikazana je tudi prilagoditev sistema SAP za podprtost prenovljenih procesov do nivoja delujočega prototipa.

ANALISYS OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES PROCESSES SUPPORT WITH SAP SOLUTION IN COMPANY AVTENTA.SI D.O.O.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis presents business process reengineering in human resource management at the company Avtenta.si d.o.o.. The author examines the compatibility of processes with the SAP system based on the process catalogue and draws up a proposal for process reengineering. The proposal includes models of reengineered processes and a functioning prototype of a modified SAP system. The theoretical part of the thesis presents business process reengineering, human resource management and the SAP enterprise resource planning solution and their application. The author also presents and compares the ARIS Toolset and ARIS Express tools. In the practical part, ARIS Express software is utilized to produce snapshots of the existing state of the selected human resources processes and models of reengineered processes. Also presented is a functioning prototype of an SAP system modified for use with the reengineered processes.
