Abstract:	Ena izmed dejavnosti podjetja HTZ Velenje, I.P., d.o.o. je vzdrževanje perila v pralnici HTZ. Proizvodni tok, ki je sestavljen iz več faz in aktivnosti, je glede na vrsto vzdrževanega perila (delovna oblačila/ostalo perilo) in klasifikacijo strank (interne/eksterne) v osnovi fizično razdeljen na dva dela. V procesu se pojavlja čedalje več reklamacij, ki so posledica slabe sledljivosti perila skozi proces in človeških napak. To pa draži proces in v času vse zahtevnejših kupcev povzroča resno grožnjo obstoju na trgu. Namen diplomske naloge je izboljšati proces. To nameravamo doseči s podrobnim posnetkom trenutnega stanja in natančno analizo posameznih operacij. S pomočjo pridobljenih rezultatov, ugotovitev predhodnih strokovnih raziskav ter izkušenj ostalih podjetij bomo predlagali optimalne rešitve problema. Na koncu bomo ocenili učinke, realen uspeh prenove pa bo viden šele ob dejanski uvedbi predlogov in nadaljnjem opazovanju procesa.

Title:	Proposal for process renovation at HTZ laundry
Abstract:	One of the activities of HTZ Velenje I.P., d.o.o. is the maintenance of linen in the company’s laundry. The process, which is composed of several phases and activities depending on the type of clothes (working clothes/other linen) and the classification of the customers (internal/external), basically divides naturally into two parts. There are an increasing number of complaints during the process, which are the result of the poor traceability of the linen through the process and human errors. This raises costs of the process and, at the time when there are more and more demanding customers, causes a real threat to the existence in the market. The aim of this diploma thesis is to suggest how to improve the process. This will be done by taking detailed recordings of the current state and an accurate analysis of individual operations. With the acquired results, and findings from previous professional studies and experiences of other companies we will suggest the optimal solutions to the problem. In the end, we will be able to rates the effects, as the real success of the renovation will only be seen with the actual introduction of the proposals and the further monitoring of the process. The ultimate aim of this diploma thesis is the improvement in quality, the reduction of time and costs in the linen maintenance process in the HTZ company laundry.
