Abstract:Sodobno okolje, konkurenca in stranke želijo in pričakujejo od podjetij izključno najboljšo ponudbo storitev in izdelkov.

Abstract:The enviroment, the competition and the customers, want and expect simply the best offers that the establishments are able to produce. The undertakings are forced to operate on the highest level possible, trying to satisfy their faithfull costumers. But they must also maximize their profit. This is not the easiest thing to do, that's why the undertakings use also the non-ethic actions and activities. In our thesis we tried to research the problem of demands and the problem of very low prices. We also tried to explain, why are just the big establishments able to use the non-ethic activities. Ethics should become the basis of all manager decisions, because ethics are needed for the right development of the worlds economy. I'm finding out that the non-ethic competition is part of the world wide economy, if you want it or not. But the reality says, that the undertakings which use non-ethic methods, won't live long.
