Abstract:	V Premogovniku Velenje razpolagamo z za rudarske pojme izredno kakovostnimi manipulacijskimi sredstvi in opremo. Ne samo tehnika, temveč tudi tehnologija je na področju logistike Premogovnika Velenje v zadnjih letih močno napredovala. Vendar pa kljub vsem naporom za učinkovito oskrbno verigo jamskih delovišč ugotavljamo, da le-ta zaradi določene neusklajenosti in nepovezanosti še ni optimalna. Ustrezna oskrba jamskih delovišč z materialom je dinamičen proces, ki vsakodnevno vpliva na tekoče in brez zastojev delujoče aktivnosti izdelave jamskih prog, z namenom odkopa premoga. Do sedaj nemalokrat preobsežna, nepravilna ali celo prepozna oskrba takšnih delovišč ustvarja zastoje in s tem posledično tudi nepotrebne stroške. Zaradi učinkovitejšega, bolj optimalnega in predvsem cenejšega manipuliranja z materialom je treba pristopiti k novi, bolj smiselni logistični tehnologiji, ki bo povezala površinski del z jamskim na način zagotovitve ravnovesja med odzivnostjo in učinkovitostjo z vidika zadovoljitve potreb jamskih delovišč z ustreznim materialom. Intermodalnost je ključnega pomena pri razvoju uspešnega transportnega sistema, ki bo zagotavljal svojo funkcijo hitre in uspešne oskrbe jame velenjskega premogovnika.

Title:	Reengineering of logistical manipulations in Velenje coal mine
Abstract:	Velenje coal mine is and in possesion of mining industry's state-of-the-art means of manipulation and equipment. In the recent years, logistics of Velenje coal mine made great progress not only in respect to technology, but also in advancing mining techniques. However, despite all efforts to maintain the efficiency of collieries supply chain, we ascertain that the latter has not yet reached the optimum point due to certain constancy. Adequate material supply of the collieries is a dinamic process, which affects the running course of colliery activities of making coal mining routes … on a daily basis. Till this day, colliery supply was often found too extensive, incorrect or even belated, which lead to work standstills and consequently resulted in unnecessary costs. In order to restore an efficient, optimal and above all less expencive manipulation materials, a new approach must be put into effect - the kind that is based on reasonable use of logistic technology, which will be able to link the surface with the underground part of colliery and at the same time assure balance between responsiveness and efficieny of satisfying the demands of collieries with adecquate materials. Intermodality is key meaning at development of successful transport system, that he will assure materials for quick and successful supply chain of Velenje coal mine.
