Title:	POVEZAVA MED UREJENOSTJO MEJNEGA PREHODA IN PODOBO DRŽAVE V OČEH MEDNARODNIH POTNIKOV

Abstract:	Podoba mejnega prehoda kot vstopne točke v državo in prvi stik potnika z njo vpliva na oblikovanje podobe države. V diplomskem delu smo proučevali povezavo med urejenostjo mejnega prehoda in podobo države v očeh mednarodnih potnikov. V prvem, uvodnem poglavju, smo opredelili problem, namen in cilje ter postavili osnovno trditev, ki smo jo dokazovali v diplomskem delu. Prav tako smo opredelili predpostavke in omejitve, strokovne in geografske, ter predvidene metode raziskovanja, katerim smo sledili. Drugo poglavje predstavlja teoretični del naloge, kjer smo za lažje razumevanje opredelili mejni prehod kot del cestne infrastrukture, ki bistveno vpliva na podobo države v očeh uporabnika. Podrobneje smo predstavili cestno infrastrukturo, državno mejo, mejni prehod in njegovo ureditev ter pojem podoba države. V tretjem poglavju smo opredelili sestavo Mednarodnega mejnega prehoda Gruškovje in opisali tisti del infrastrukture, ki je namenjen potnikom. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili analizo, ki temelji na anketnem vprašalniku in je bila usmerjena v ugotavljanje zadovoljstva uporabnikov mejnega prehoda Gruškovje z infrastrukturo namenjeno njim. Prav tako smo ugotavljali ali potniki povezujejo podobo mejnega prehoda s podobo države v katero vstopajo. V četrtem, sklepnem poglavju smo podali končne ugotovitve in priporočila za izboljšave v infrastrukturi na mejnem prehodu, s katerimi bi potnikom olajšali potovanje in tako z dvigom njihovega zadovoljstva, posredno vplivali tudi na boljšo podobo države.

Title:	INTERDEPENDENCY BETWEEN A SETTLED BORDER CROSSING AND THE IMAGE OF A STATE IN THE EYES OF INTERNATIONAL PASSENGERS
Abstract:	The image of the border crossing as an entry point into the country and the first contact with passengers, impacts on creating country image. In this thesis we studied the link between the regularized border crossing point and the image of the country in the eyes of international passengers. In the first, introductory chapter, we defined the problem, purpose and objectives, and set the basic argument that we have argued in this thesis. We also defined the assumptions and limitations, professional and geographical, and the intended methods of research, which we have followed. The second section presents the theoretical part of the work, where we, for easier understanding defined a border crossing as a part of road infrastructure, which significantly affects the image of the country in the eyes of the user. More detailed, we presented the road infrastructure, country border, the border crossing and its regulation and the concept image of the country. The third chapter we defined the composition of the international border crossing Gruškovje and described that part of the infrastructure that serves the passengers. In addition, we presented the analysis, based on the survey questionnaire, which was guided to determine user satisfaction with the border crossing infrastructure Gruškovje for them. We also evaluated whether passengers connect the image of the boarder crossing with the image of the country into which they enter. In the fourth, the final chapter, we presented the final conclusions and recommendations for improvements in infrastructure at the border crossing, which would facilitate travelling for passengers and also by increasing their satisfaction and indirectly affect the greater picture of the country.
